AHRA approved and meets the ARRT requirements for Category A continuing education.
This continuing education course reviews the many aspects of patient care to be considered when taking an X- ray given the individuality and uniqueness of each patient and each examination. Physical and biological aspects of the interaction of the radiation with the patient’s anatomy are addressed. The purpose of this course is to develop an understanding of the mechanisms and consequences of the absorption and scattering of radiant energy in the image formation process.
